Please note that all sizes provided are in inches to ensure clarity and all prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST is included in the price for Australian customers only. International customers will not be charged GST but may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their own countries, depending on local regulations.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • What are the shipping rates?

We offer straightforward and cost-effective shipping rates:

Australia: Flat-rate shipping at AUD 15.
Worldwide: Flat-rate shipping at AUD 30.
Free Shipping Australia: Available on orders over AUD 399.

 

  • How long does it take to produce a print?

Our prints are typically produced within a week, but please allow up to 2 weeks as each piece is a handcrafted masterpiece. The meticulous process involves multiple stages of printing and quality checks to ensure the final product is perfect.

  • How long does delivery take?

Australia: Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery after production.
International: Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery after production.


All orders come with a tracking number sent via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

RETURN POLICY

  • Can I return or exchange my print?

As each artwork is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of quality and exclusivity of our prints.

  • What if my print arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund of the product price. If the item received is not as expected or is damaged, please email us immediately to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Are the sizes of the prints accurate?

All sizes listed are approximate. While we strive to provide accurate dimensions, some variations may occur due to the photo's aspect ratio or other characteristics. We aim to describe all sizes as precisely as possible.

  • Will the colours of the prints match what I see on my screen?

The colours of our prints may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Different screens reproduce colours differently due to variations in display settings and technologies. Our lab uses calibrated monitors to ensure that prints maintain their original colours, tones, and contrast as intended by the photographer.

  • Can orders be cancelled?

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to pricing errors or other internal issues. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded in full.
