REFUND POLICY

At Jose Luis Cantabrana Photography, each print is produced with care and attention to detail. As all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at studio@jlcantabranagarcia.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your print.
